Description

Invest NI in recognising the challenge for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME’s) and in particular to grow export sales in markets outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland, wish to appoint a Contractor to provide a Go Global Programme that will support our SME’s to develop their International business footprint and give them the confidence, ambition, knowledge and skills required to sell their products and services in new export markets. The initial focus will be Europe, enabling businesses to take advantage of the “Windsor Framework” then will expand to North America and beyond depending on company needs and the opportunity presented. As a result, Invest NI is seeking to appoint a Contractor for the delivery and management of “The Go Global Programme” for a five-year period, with an anticipated launch date in financial quarter 4 2024/25. NEPRO x Financial Resilience

The Association of North East Councils Trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) seeks to establish a Framework for the provision of a Financial Resilience Solution (NEPRO x Financial Resilience), enabling Contracting Authorities to access a suite of financial-based services that can be deployed in a compliant and efficient manner to support Financial Resilience. The Framework is intended to commence on 1 April 2026 and will have an initial term of four years. NEPO may, at its sole discretion, extend the Framework for up to two further periods of two years, resulting in a maximum term of eight years. In accordance with Section 47(2) of the Procurement Act, NEPO considers that the nature of the services to be delivered under this Framework requires a longer duration than the standard 48 months. The establishment of the collaborative community and the strategic nature of the services necessitates a long-term arrangement to foster enduring, value-driven partnerships between Contracting Authorities and appointed Supplier(s). ID 6217796 InterTrade Ireland Supply Chain Programme

InterTradeIreland is the All-Island Trade and Business Development Body, one of six North South Implementation Bodies established under the Good Friday Agreement. In this capacity it acts as the All-island Economic Development Agency. The agency’s remit is to ‘exchange information and coordinate work on trade, business development and related matters, in areas where the two administrations specifically agree it would be in their mutual interest.’ This contract is for the supply of structured programme offering both “Downstream” and “Upstream” support for businesses in order to accelerate all-island economic co-operation and take advantage of future opportunities to enhance business growth across the island. Downstream support would be in the form of workshops and masterclasses for SMEs providing an overview of fundamentals of supply chain management practice and the operating environment/ drivers of change therein. Providing 1-1 mentoring and developing best practice material and case studies. Upstream support will entail support to strengthen SME Integration to Anchor Company supply chains, it will encompass a series of in person workshops across the island of Ireland. The use of in-person developmental workshops will provide a hands-on learning where participants can directly engage with the subject matter, enhancing understanding and retention, allowing for a more interactive learning experience. The workshops will create valuable networking opportunities, enabling participants to connect with peers and build professional relationships and networks along with 1 to 1 mentoring that will enable SMEs to strategically analyse their operations and determine how they can make the necessary improvements to increase their ability to access large company supply chains. This contract is a new requirement that has not been tendered previously and is to commence on the 1st March 2026.
