Description

Together for Children are seeking to award multiple contracts (Accommodation Schemes) for the provision of Supported Accommodation for Young People Aged 16 - 21 Years for Shared or Group Living.
A bidder can submit multiple offers for Accommodation Schemes (up to four) but can only win a maximum of two Accommodation Schemes*
For each Accommodation Scheme a bidder submits, they must submit a bid under the following lots:
Lot 1 - Accommodation Scheme 1
Lot 2 - Accommodation Scheme 2
Lot 3 - Accommodation Scheme 3
Lot 4 - Accommodation Scheme 4
For the avoidance of doubt, if a bidder chooses to submit one accommodation scheme offer, they must only submit a bid under Lot 1, if a bidder chooses to submit two accommodation scheme offers, they must only submit a bid on Lot 1 and Lot 2 and so on.

Accommodation with Housing Related Support for Homeless Adults in Dudley

Dudley MBC is seeking to invite interest in the provision of housing related support. Support must be delivered within accommodation provided by the contract holder. The support required is for adult single people and couples aged over 18 years of age who are homeless, have been sleeping rough, or who are at risk of becoming homeless, and need immediate access to housing and support in order to prevent homelessness in the Dudley borough. The incoming contractor must be able to provide sufficient accommodation, as stipulated by the contract, in order to provide housing related support.

Prior Notice Published: UK-0339 The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub intends to establish a multi-lot framework agreement to support the commissioning of services that address health inequalities and the wider determinants of health. The framework will offer a compliant, structured route for NHS organisations, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), local authorities, and other public sector bodies to procure community-based services. It is designed to strengthen collaboration with VCSEs, SMEs, and specialist providers, with the aim of improving early access to support and reducing pressure on acute services. Services may include, but are not limited to, support with mental health, housing, employment, financial inclusion, domestic abuse, and wider prevention services. The framework will be open to all eligible providers across the UK and will operate as an open framework under the Procurement Act 2023.
