Description

Historic England requires a Customer Service supplier to act as first point of contact for Historic England for general enquiries and as a filter for other enquiries, working to an agreed service standard.  This is required Monday to Friday year-round between 09:00-17:00. Historic England expects this work to be carried out from the supplier's premises or workers' homes without any requirement for an onsite presence at Historic England. This service will include seven core components with one optional component for possible inclusion on 1 March 2026. 
      
      Historic England is committed to continuous improvement and is looking for a customer service partner to work with us to develop the quality of our service.
      
      Further information about expected volume of enquiries and the breakdown of previous contractors is included in Appendix 4.1.

Overview: Bournemouth University is seeking to appoint a professional and experienced cleaning contractor to provide high-quality, reliable, and comprehensive cleaning services across its full estate. Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to the University’s operational and academic calendar. Key Requirements: Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale, multi-site cleaning contracts. Capacity to operate 24/7, 365 days per year, including public holidays. Robust quality assurance and performance monitoring systems. Competent, trained, and uniformed cleaning staff, including appropriate supervision. Ability to use eco-friendly products and cleaning technologies.
