Central London Careers Hub - Alternative Provision Additional Support

Reed in Partnership delivers the Central London Careers Hub, providing high-quality careers education to all young people. We are looking for a provider to enhance support for special educational needs & disabilities (SEND) students in alternative provision. The delivery period will be spring and summer terms of the 2024/2025 academic year, supporting 14 alternative provision settings. We are looking to work with a provider who will: 1.Take a whole school approach to careers education, make a positive impact on the Gatsby Benchmarks and improve the range of future roles young people in these settings consider. 2. Work with educators and careers leaders to create sustainable skills, knowledge and actions in supporting confident careers guidance education for SEND students. 3. Undertake a deep dive analysis of current programmes, to inform specialist careers strategy support and resources. 4. Deliver growth in the number and variety of employers engaging in careers programmes in these alternative provision settings. 5. Train educators and careers leaders to facilitate tailored programme delivery to support young people to achieve positive destinations. 6. Provide educators and careers leaders with frameworks, tools and resources to support students to build and demonstrate employability skills and knowledge. 7. Provide a quantitative and qualitative impact evaluation report and end of programme case studies. It is expected that the successful provider will deliver an in-person launch event to kick-start the programme. We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from: Organisations with credible experience and a demonstrable track record in delivering impactful careers support for educators and careers leaders in alternative provision settings.
