Description

Leeds City Council is looking into a potential procurement option to put in place future contractual arrangements for suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver two core aspects of our Children's mediation and advocacy support services: a Children's Rights & Advocacy service, along with our Education, Health and Care (EHC) Mediation service. Some of the children and young people requiring rights and advocacy support may not reside within the metropolitan borough of Leeds; the mediation service is only provided within the Leeds boundary. This is our first time considering tendering these two services together. To support this future procurement, we would like to gain information from the market regarding their approaches to a number of delivery aspects related to the potential procurement exercise. You are therefore invited to consider the programme requirements detailed in this document and complete the attached questionnaire to give us your feedback on the proposed approach.
