Description
This contract is awarded following a framework further competition call-off procedure under RM6232 Lot 1c Facilities Management and Workplace Services. The contract is for the provision Facilities Management Services, to be provided to HMRC sites in its 'East' region, which shall include: Hard FM Services including maintenance and landscaping services, Soft FM Services including catering, cleaning, visitor support services, workplace FM services, and waste services, Statutory Obligations, CAFM & Helpdesk Services, Billable Works & Projects, Carbon Net Zero and Social Value activities. The contract term is for an initial period of 5 years commencing from 01 May 2025 following a mobilisation period, with three optional extension periods of 3 years + 1 year + 1 year.
