Description
The FSA policy team is publishing new best practice guidance on how to provide allergen information to consumers for food businesses who sell loose food. Loose food is food which is not already packaged at the point at which consumers order it (e.g. restaurant/pub meals, take-aways, delis where food isn't already packaged). The new guidance will be published in February 2025.
