Description

The service required is the off-site secure storage of artefacts from the Museum's collection, in appropriate environmentally controlled conditions. The collections will be monitored during storage, and when a new venue for the Museum is secured and prepared, the collections will be returned and displayed. In the interim, facilities must be available for artefacts to be retrieved for pop-up displays and use by researchers, on a charged-for basis.\r

Only one supplier has been identified that is able to accommodate the fragile collections in the timescale required, and over a 5-year period the cost will be c. £52,750 + VAT As such, we propose to use Protocol 8 as a sole supplier appointment.

Many of the British Library's early microfilms - some of which are now unique items in themselves - are on acetate film and will not survive in perpetuity without further intervention. The best way to prolong their life - and the life of many film-based materials is to store them in a cooler climate than is necessary for many non-film-based materials. NHS England (NHSE) are seeking to extend the existing DPS to support the national approach to the digitisation of Lloyd George records in GP practices. Corresponding TED notice reference is 2020/S 027-063375 published on 7 August 2020. The National Commercial & Procurement Hub (on behalf of NHSE) is seeking suitably experienced and qualified suppliers to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) as the vehicle for the procurement of digitisation services for NHS Integrated Care Boards (ICB's), and other Contracting Authorities identified on a regional or local basis. The DPS will be divided into three Categories (Lots): Lot 1 Scanning services Lot 2 Integration with foundation clinical system Lot 3 Scanning services/integration with foundation clinical system (being the aggregate subject-matter of Lots 1 and 2). Suppliers interested in performing the services covered by both Lots 1 and 2, may apply for Lot 3 in addition to applying for both Lots 1 and 2. Sludge Disposal and/or Restoration, Sludge Treatment and Sludge Storage

United Utilities ae seeking alternate ways to dispose of and/or treat its raw sludge for circa 100,000 tonnes per annum. The requirement of this DPS will be in 3 lots: Lot 1: Sludge Disposal and/ or Restoration In this lot the Company's is sourcing supplier's who can dispose of a set volume of its raw sludge per annum. Lot 2: Sludge Treatment In this lot the Company's is sourcing supplier's who could treat a set volume of its raw sludge per annum in line with the Biosolids Assurance Scheme (BAS). Lot 3: Sludge Storage In this lot the Company's is sourcing storage capacity in either an outdoor hard standing area or roof covered storage area for its Biosolids (treated sludge). Sludge would be stored over a number months before being transferred to its final destination by the Company. Applicants are required to submit their response to the DPS Questionnaire by 12PM 01/07/2024 to be assessed prior to the first round of mini-competitions/ awards estimated to be run in July 2024
