A Mini Competition procurement process undertaken via Procure Partnership Framework, Contractor Procurement - West Midlands Region value band £5m - £15m was issued via the council's e-tendering portal  Procontract to the contractors who responded positively to the Expression of Interest process.

A JCT PCSA contract has been awarded following the first stage process. The PCSA value is £485,162.20. The lowest/highest values shown relate to the Mini-comp bid values  in the 1st stage: PCSA stage as well as in the 2nd stage: Design and Build based on the estimated construction contract sum is £7 m.

Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
