Description

The Avon and Somerset Police & Crime Commissioner (PCC) is planning refurbishment works to Plymouth House, Bath. You are invited to review the requirements contained within the tender documents and to respond accordingly if you wish to submit a Tender to provide the services stated herein.
This procurement is being run as a 2-stage tender.  Stage 1 is to identify a maximum of four (4) shortlisted contractors via a tender process, to take through to Stage 2.

National Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Void works (Regions)

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
