Description

The University of Essex is seeking tenders for a project that comprises of the replacement of roof systems and associated works to Social Studies and Physics Block, South Section and 3 no plant room roofs at the University of Essex (Colchester Campus). Please see Section 2 of the Employer's Requirements for further details.
      Tenderers should note that these Works are to be carried out under The JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 Edition, as amended by the Schedule of Amendments referred to in Article 10 of the Conditions (as amended), as included in the Tender Documents.

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
