Description

The Authority will be seeking to appoint a single supplier of Multi-Functional Devices
(MFD's) and a print management solution to deliver savings and efficiencies over the next
few years by reducing its printed matter and is therefore seeking to enter a new MFD
solution contract that enables savings to be achieved as paper use is reduced.
The Authority has selected Lot 2 of the CCS Framework RM6174 and carry out a mini
competition with the suppliers listed on the Framework by inviting them to propose
innovative solutions, incorporating hybrid model solutions that will achieve maximum
savings whilst offering flexibility on future requirements. The Service invited Framework providers to bid for this opportunity on 31st July 2024.
The Framework selected was Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), Print and Digital Workflow
Software Services and Managed Print Service Provision - Lot 2 - Multifunctional Print
Devices (MFDs) Print Management, Digital Workflow Software. This Framework is owned
and managed by the Crown Commercial Services (CCS).
Eight pre-tender questions were received via the e-tendering portal and none of the
questions raised were commercially sensitive.
