Description
Habilitation Services for children with Visual Impairments Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of habilitation services for children with Visual Impairments. Project Description The service will work with babies, children and young people who are blind or have significant visual difficulties which may be ocular, cerebral or both ocular and cerebral, which will inhibit their ability to travel and live independently. The service provider will work in conjunction with Swindon Borough Councils Vision Support service, who will provide the referrals. The initial contract term will be for 12 months as stated in the Request For Quotation documents. Estimated contract spend is capped at £48,980 across the 12 month contract term. Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team [email protected] Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 05TH December 2024, 1600 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
