Wigan Council intends to procure Provider(s) to deliver simple major adaptations and a small number of specialist minor adaptations to all premises, both council and privately owned including private rented and those owned by Housing Associations.

The duration of the framework will be over a 4-year period (2025 - 2029) and has a total approximate value of £7,500,000.

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
