Description

This procurement is to establish a single supplier Framework Agreements for the supply of Uninterruptible Power Supply & Central Battery Systems components and provision of ongoing maintenance services.

The requirement is primarily for the new Phase One Stations to be constructed at Euston, Old Oak Common, Birmingham Curzon Street and Interchange. Uninterruptible Power Supply & Central Battery Systems components may also be required and called off under the Framework Agreement as Optional Scope at other HS2 sites. The Framework Agreement is being established for use by the Phase One Station Contractors, HS2 Ltd (including any successor to HS2 Ltd assuming HS2 Ltd's functions (in whole or in part) relevant to this Framework Agreement; (or appointed Infrastructure Manager, if applicable) and for use by the other Contracting Bodies below:

- Phase One Station Contractors;
- Automated People Mover (APM) Contractor;
- Rail Systems Contractors;
- Tunnel and Lineside Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Systems; 
- Phase One Main Works Civil Contracts (MWCC); 
- Washwood Heath (WWH) Rolling Stock Maintenance Depot (RSMD);
- Calvert Infrastructure Maintenance Depot (IMD);
- The National Integrated Control Centre (NICC);
- Systems Integration Facility (SIF);  
- Any other body as may assume delivery and/or ownership responsibilities in respect of the assets covered by this Framework Agreement; and
- The future operator(s) of any one or more of the Phase One Stations.

Windlesham Parish Council Festive Lights & Trees

Windlesham Parish Council is seeking contractors to provide Christmas trees and lighting for three distinct locations: Bagshot, Lightwater, and Windlesham. To accommodate local preferences and logistical considerations, this tender is documented by village. Suppliers should be aware that this will be evaluated and awarded as a single tender for supply and installation across all three villages. Contracts will not be awarded separately. To be considered, interested contractors must demonstrate a proven track record, supported by evidence of previous or current similar projects. Applicants must also provide at least one relevant reference and a copy of valid insurance, including public liability insurance of £10 million, a risk assessment, and a HERS certificate with their application. Contractors who meet these requirements are invited to complete the attached tender spreadsheet and submit an estimated cost breakdown for 3 consecutive years. Contractors should be aware that the Council reserves the right not to award the contract or to award the contract for either 1, 2, or 3 years. We kindly ask that all tender submissions be provided in hard copy, addressed to the Clerk at the Windlesham Parish Council office. Please ensure submissions are sealed and clearly marked as the invitation to tender.
