Description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council ("the Council") is looking for an experienced production company to aid the production of our annual pantomime. The successful bidder will be required to work alongside our Assembly Hall Theatre Creative Team to create a family friendly production that runs throughout December into the beginning of January. This contract will commence on January 2025 with the first production will need to be delivered in December 2025. The Council intends to appoint the successful tenderer for an initial 12 month term, with the option of up to 5 annual extensions subject to commercial terms being met as outlined below in the tender specification. This contract is a concession.\r

Cut ends to be treated with corrosion resistant paint system • Formwork, steel reinforcement and shotcrete application for bowls and ramps. • Machine finishing followed by hand-trowelling for smooth riding surfaces. • Expansion joints, coping stones and steel edges installed. 2.5 Ancillary Works • Install prefabricated hot dipped galvanised rails, ledges and modular features. • Construct pathways, seating areas and viewing zones. • Landscape the surrounding area. 3. Health, Safety & Environmental Management • Works to be carried out in accordance with [local construction safety legislation]. • Dust suppression and noise control measures. • Daily toolbox talks and risk assessments. • Waste management and recycling plan. • Public safety maintained through secure site fencing and restricted access. • Working hours 0800 to 1700. • All operatives working on site should have relevant CSCS cards.
