The extent of services required within this tender include refurbishment to three storey current building and providing new M&E services and strategies. 
To include substructure and superstructure construction to the drawing specifications, installation of mechanical and electrical requirements to the M&E specification provided. Drainage installations to meet the specifications. Full internal finishes in line with the design information

Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
