Description
This procurement procedure is for the appointment of an experienced Contractor to carry out a contract for the Regular Inspection, Servicing, Reactive and Emergency Repairs to Passenger Lifts throughout the Councils estate. This will be a fully comprehensive maintenance contract and the cost for annual maintenance will include the following: Regular statutory compliance and maintenance checks. All necessary repairs and replacement to all portions of lifting equipment. Maintaining a 24/7 call-out service to meet the response times detailed within the Conditions of Contract.
