Description

NWUPC is seeking to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of the members of APUC, CPC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC and SUPC for Washroom Services and Period Dignity Solutions as the successor to an existing framework agreement. This Framework Agreement will commence on 1st April 2025 for an initial period of thirty-six (36) months until 31st March 2028 with the option to extend the Agreement for 12 months until 31st March 2029 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance. The agreement is split into fourteen (14) lots. Lots 1-13 cover the supply of Washroom Services on a regional basis. Lot 14 covers Period Dignity Solutions nationally.

The Department of Finance - IT Assist wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Disposal Services for IT equipment, electronic and electrical equipment for use by the Northern Ireland Public Sector including Northern Ireland Civil Service Departments, Agencies and Non Departmental Public Bodies. Unauthorised disclosure of information / sensitive data is a major risk mainly due to the increasing dependence on electronic storage systems and the use of disposable media. Organisations have therefore developed asset disposal strategies that can require data to be deleted from media and equipment sometimes prior to its permanent removal from site for disposal and/or recycling or for assured data destruction. The framework therefore seeks to appoint Suppliers to; securely and irreversibly delete data from a range of media either on the customer’s premises or offsite; and securely and legally dispose of redundant information and communications technology equipment and media. Once the Framework Agreement has been established, secondary competitions will be completed for each disposal required. The Framework period is for 4 years. Somerset Council has a need to procure one or more contractors to cover the cleaning of sheltered housing meeting halls, extra care housing meeting halls, communal areas within flat blocks, and have ad-hoc arrangements in place, for example the removal of graffiti, deep cleaning and disposal of sharps. The requirement is divided into two workstreams as follows: Workstream 1 Communal cleaning in meeting halls and extra care schemes (including specification for adhoc deep cleans and other adhoc requirements) Workstream 2 cleaning of communal areas in flat blocks (including specification for adhoc deep cleans and other adhoc requirements). These workstreams will be procured under three separate Lots. Workstream 1 is being procured under Lot 1 Communal cleaning in meeting halls and extra care schemes (including specification for adhoc deep cleans and other adhoc requirements) Workstream 2 is being procured under two separate Lots, 2 and 3 as follows: Lot 2: 50% geographical split of cleaning of communal areas in flat blocks (including specification for adhoc deep cleans and other adhoc requirements). There are sub-Lots 2A and 2B to allow potential bidders to respond to potential service and price options. The preferred Lot for award is under sub-Lot 2A which is evaluated within the budget available, so any bid under this Lot must be priced within the available budget described below. Lot 2B will only be considered where there are no quality proposals under Lot A that meet the minimum standards required. Lot 3: 50% Geographical split of cleaning of communal areas in flat blocks (including specification for adhoc deep cleans and other adhoc requirements). There are sub-Lots 3A and 3B to allow potential bidders to respond to potential service and price options. The preferred Lot for award is under sub-Lot 3A which is evaluated within the budget available, so any bid under this Lot must be priced within the available budget described below. Lot 3B be will only be considered where there are no quality proposals under Lot A that meet the minimum standards required. The Council will only award one contract for one sub-Lot for Lot 2 and one sub-Lot for Lot 3. Applicants may bid for one, two or all three Lots and therefore the number of contracts awarded will be between 1 and 3.
