Description

Herefordshire Council and NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) are seeking to appoint a supplier to deliver its Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) to residents of all ages across the county.
The Integrated Community Equipment Service comprises the following main functions:
1)	Sourcing and purchasing appropriate equipment (core standard equipment and bespoke special equipment)
2)	Delivery and installation
3)	Collection, cleaning and recycling
4)	Service, maintenance and repairs
5)	Storage
The bidder must also have the appropriate IT systems in place for seamless online ordering and order tracking, account management and logistics planning / management.

North Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as the "Council") wishes to invite quotations for the provision of Workplace Cardiovascular Health Checks following the securing of funding for the Workplace Cardiovascular Disease Health Checks Pilot Grant. The pilot will gather evidence on the feasibility and impact of Workplace Cardiovascular Health Checks. It will encourage employers to support people to stay well in work, by gathering and sharing learning on delivering Cardiovascular Health Checks in the Workplace. The pilot aims to: - Improve employee's awareness around these health issues. - Improve early detection in Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetes. - Improve flexibility around attendance of appointments. - Decrease the pressure in Primary care settings. - Make Workplace Cardiovascular Health Checks the norm with patients attending future health checks. - Workplace checks will continue as part of the regular NHS Health Checks programme and on existing payment terms from this point. Potential providers who apply to the above lots and do NOT apply to the North Northamptonshire Council - NHS Health Checks DPS will not be considered for this Call Off and will be excluded from the process.

North Northamptonshire Council - NHS Health Checks Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) - Round 3 re-opening

North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) is re-opening their Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of services in respect of NHS Health Checks. The successful Potential Provider(s) will be responsible for providing this service and liaising closely with the Contract Manager identified by The Council. The NHS Health Check programme aims to help prevent heart disease, strokes, diabetes, kidney disease and certain types of dementia. Everyone between the ages of 40 and 74, who has not already been diagnosed with one of these conditions or have certain risk factors, will be invited (once every five years) to have an NHS Health Check to assess their risk of heart disease, stroke, kidney disease and diabetes; and will be given support and advice to help them reduce or manage that risk. Please note: this contract originally started on 1st April 2024. North Northamptonshire Council currently commission an NHS Health Check programme that has been successful to an extent, and there is an ambition to build on this success by providing a wider and more successful programme to the localities across the North Northamptonshire Council footprint.
