Following a further competition under the NHS SBS Consultancy and Advisory Services for Health  - Framework Reference SBS10197, Lot 2, this notice is to inform the market of the award of a 6 month (or until successful delivery of the requirement) contract to Carnall Farrar Ltd for NHS Sussex Integrated Care Board (ICB).

The contract value is £299,060 excl. VAT.

Scope of work

Aim: To deliver the data driven case for change, a robust and replicable service transformation approach and project management infrastructure to drive the major service review. 

Main elements: 

•	Business intelligence and analytical support
•	Project Management capability 

Key objectives:

•	Undertake the analysis to develop a data driven case for change which supports the need for service reconfiguration.  This should utilise existing source of analysis and information wherever possible. 

•	Based on the above analysis, develop a prioritised list of services for transformation which considers the scale of the likely financial and clinical benefits, alongside the potential impact on population health outcomes.  This should include consideration of how key services in Sussex benchmark across a range of measures.

•	Focussing on the top three services identified, work with the system to develop a robust modelling tool and service transformation methodology (including new care model design) which results in a clear transformation plan for these services. 

•	Work with the NHS organisations in Sussex to establish the major service review programme delivery architecture across the system and align with governance arrangements in the system.
