The main contract works comprise the remodelling and renovation of the existing building with the main area of the ground floor being taken to fit out stage prior to being let to tenants who will undertake the fit out works to allow use as a café. Meanwhile the upper floors will be renovated for use as jewellery workshops and gallery spaces whilst the ground floor shop will also be renovated to provide a jewellery shop. We (the Council) want to appoint a single Contractor with the right technical skills and experience to this Level Access Showers Framework. The Contractor must have the right technical skills and experience to deliver high quality building works that are affordable to the public purse.
