HARROW ROAD SHOPFRONT IMPROVEMENT WORKS PHASE 1 - 14 units

Westminster City Council are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor with a track record of delivering high quality shopfront improvements to deliver the Harrow Road shopfront improvement works. The scheme includes works to 14 units and is predominantly funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) which expires at the end of the financial year. Westminster City Council (WCC) aims to deliver this project within an accelerated timeline to meet the deadlines tied to the UK Shared Prosperity Funding (UKSPF) allocated to the project. The target completion date is May 2025. 

Proposed works cover includes but is not limited t new traditional painted timber fascia signboards to all, with painted lettering/graphics and restoration of traditional cornice profiles in timber, installation of new lighting fixtures, new traditional Victorian awnings, minor repairs and decorations to existing shopfronts, pilasters and cornices (no new shopfronts) and alterations to existing shopfronts in a small number of cases (tiles, doors, rollers, glazing etc).
