National Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Void works (Regions)

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Further details and specifications are included within the tender documents. Lots Lot 1 – Scotland and the Northeast Lot 2 – North Lot 3 – Midlands Lot 4 – South East One bidder will be appointed for each lot, providing high quality and value for money.
