Description

The call-off contract shall commence on the 1st January 2025 and the expiry date will be 31st December 2025 for a period of 12 months.The total contract value will be up to £100,000.00 excluding VAT.  

This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply. A copy of the contract is provided with this Award Letter and includes those Panel Terms and Conditions.

Legal Services Panel Framework 2025

CDC are looking to appoint a panel of advisors onto a framework agreement for the provision of legal services. The framework is designed to meet the needs of CDC. CDC has also permitted South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) to access the framework in which case SYMCA will place an order directly with the advisor. There is an option to extend the Framework by a further 12 months at the sole discretion of the Council, giving a possible contract end date of 10th February 2029.
