Description

Swansea Council is awarding this framework to suitably qualified and experienced suppliers, to deliver a wide range of support services. These can range from statutory assessments to holistic therapies. The Council is looking for a following comprehensive and wide-ranging list of support services:-
Lot 1: Independent Social Worker
Lot 2: Counsellor/Psychotherapist
Lot 3: Play Therapist
Lot 4: Psychologist – Child and Adolescent
Lot 5: Cognitive Assessments and Capacity to Litigate Assessments
Lot 6: Psychiatrist – Child and Adolescent
Lot 7: Specialist Risk Assessor – Sexual Abuse
Lot 8: Specialist Risk Assessor – Physical Abuse
Lot 9: Practitioner in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP).
Lot 10: Practitioner in Theraplay
Lot 11: Specialist Occupational Therapist / Sensory Attachment Practitioner
Lot 12: Licenced CUBAS Assessor
Lot 13: Practitioner in Life Story Work

North Northamptonshire Council in partnership with Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) wishes to invite Tender Responses for the Provision of Supported Living Services for Working Age Adults and who are ordinarily resident within North Northamptonshire. The Services covered by this contract are for Individuals who have a Learning Disability, Mental Health Needs and/or who are Autistic, and who have been assessed as having eligible needs under the Care Act. The Council act as the lead commissioner for these services, in partnership with Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board (ICB). The following Lots detail the Services to be initially procured: • Lot 1- Individuals with Learning Disability 1 (a) - Standard 1 (b) - Enhanced • Lot 2- Individuals with Mental Health Needs 2 (a) - Standard 2 (b) - Enhanced • Lot 3- Individuals who are Autistic 3 (a) - Standard 3 (b) - Enhanced The Council is setting up the Framework Agreement for an initial period of 48 months, with the option to extend for two additional periods of 12 months each, for a maximum duration of 72 months (4+1+1 years). The Light Touch Regime (LTR) applies to the Services under this Contract and this procurement is conducted via open process in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. The Council intends to make this Framework Agreement available for use by other public sector organisations within England, including but not limited to other Local Authorities, NHS bodies, and Health Commissioners. Any organisation wishing to access and utilise this Framework must formally request permission and enter into an Access Agreement with the Council prior to use. Providers that are interested in providing services to the Call off from the Framework Agreement for Supported Living Services for Working Age Adults must complete and submit the appropriate LOT Questionnaire on Intend Reference NNC00000697 at the same time as they apply to the NNC in Partnership with ICB for the Provision Of Supported Living Services For Working Age Adults Framework.
