Description

Stoke on Trent City Council wishes to commission a Framework for Targeted Aiming High Short Breaks Service for children and young people with a disability aged 0 - 18yrs, and their families in Stoke-on-Trent. This service will be managed by SoTCC  who, through a series of Call off agreements, will engage, collaborate and work with organisations to deliver a broad range of short break activities meeting the needs of our families and their children/ young people.

Family Support Co-ordinators Service (CRN PH/2024/399)

Stoke on Trent City Council wishes to commission a Family Support Co-ordinators Service. The service will provide advice and support to families in Stoke-on-Trent with support needs below Tier 3 and 4, with the objective of improving inequalities and reducing the incidence of families in crisis who then go on to require intervention from statutory services. The service is being procured as part of the Family Matters programme, a multi agency partnership established in the city to improve outcomes for families and have impact on the numbers of children in care (CIC) and children in need (CIN). The service will be provided to families within the four area geographies of the city. The Family Support Co-ordinators service is a contractual arrangement with local Providers to provide Family Support Co-ordinator Services within Stoke. The Family Support Co-ordinators service will operate for a one year period with the option to extend for upto 2 further 12 month periods (subject to funding) This contract falls under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime (LTR) - Regulations 74 to 77. As such, the City Council will place an advert in Find a Tender Service (FTS), publish an award notice and comply with the principles of transparency and equal treatment.
