Description

LB Havering are seeking expressions of interest from suitable providers to deliver Electrical Works, the core works of which comprise; servicing, maintenance and ad-hoc replacements to electrical systems.
The contract will be for an initial term of c. nine years and five months to 31st March 2035 with an optional five year extension to 2040.
The estimated value for the full available term of contract is £70,000,000.

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
