The Contract is for a North Lincolnshire wide Domestic Abuse Support service that enhances services and responds to identified need. It will be delivered by a single contract that excludes the co-ordination and facilitation of the Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) which will be delivered by the Council.

Placing emphasis on early intervention, prevention, and providing support for whole families, rather than individuals. The programme will promote greater multi-agency working and collaboration, to ensure families receive joined-up support when they need it. The intention of the programme is to provide early support for families with the aim of preventing problems escalating. We are undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement work to engage with potential suppliers and other persons for the purpose of identifying requirements and designing a model that address the needs of the community. The timeline for the tender process will be published in the Tender Notice. TUPE may be applicable as there are providers delivering the services at present.
