Description

Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council (TMBC) ('The Council') intends to appoint an experienced contractor (the Contractor) to undertake re-felting works at Larkfield Leisure Centre, ME20 6RH (the Project).
The Project will be procured via the LHC RS4 Roofing Systems Framework under Workstream 1 - Traditional Flat Roofing area J - South East England, using a Garland specification.
All relevant Framework terms and conditions will apply.

Contractor Works Framework Agreement

The City of Edinburgh Council require a multi lot framework agreement to deliver repair, maintenance and upgrade capital and other works across its estate. The Council's Strategic Asset Management and Sustainable Development department require contractors to deliver the Capital Investment Programme and meet other construction needs for their commercial properties over the next four years. Orkney Community Wind Farms (OCWF) - Balance of Plant Contract

Orkney Islands Council (OIC) is developing Orkney Community Wind Farms, comprising two windfarms in the Orkney Islands. Quanterness wind farm, located on Mainland Orkney (Northwest of Kirkwall), consisting of six circa 4.8 MW Wind Turbine Generators. Faray wind farm, located on the uninhabited island of Faray in the North isles, consisting of six circa 4.8 MW Wind Turbine Generators. Both wind farms have obtained all planning consent and grid connection agreements. Quanterness is due to commence operation in June 2028, with Faray commencing operation in May 2030.
