The provision of such is essential to supporting all services and transactions where a physical token, documents or any other item is required to be sent to a recipient. The framework is anticipated to start August 2025 and involves deliveries, collections and PLIS works of all sizes across the country. To meet the above requirements, the Council wishes to establish a single Lot Framework Agreement.
