Construction of properties at 2 locations on Canvey Island:
      
      Lot 1 Benderloch Gardens - Two, 3 bedroom Semi Detached Houses in Benderloch Gardens.  
      Lot 2 Linden Way - Three, 1 bedroom terraced houses in Linden Way. 
      Lot 3 Combined - combined contract for the construction of all properties under lots 1 and 2.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
