Description

The City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) is seeking contractors to deliver new homes and regeneration projects within Wolverhampton, via a Framework Agreement, with the potential to be used by other local authorities, ALMOs and registered providers.
CWC wish to procure a framework for the design, pre-construction services, construction and delivery of new homes and housing solutions.
The 4-year Framework will comprise of 3 Lots:
Lot 1 – Tasks on small infill sites of up to 3Dwellings;
Lot 2 – Tasks on infill sites from 4 up to 20Dwellings;
Lot 3 – Tasks on infill sites of over 21 Dwellings.
The nature of the works includes:
o The construction of homes, including but not limited to, houses, apartments, and bungalows
o The construction of homes for rent, sale, and shared ownership (in some cases mixed tenure)
o Land remediation
o Feasibility, design, and construction services
