Description

Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust (as host of the NHS London Procurement Partnership) is seeking to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the provision of non-emergency transport and other transport services.<br/>The DPS will allow for NHS and wider public sector organisations to procure non-emergency transport and other transport services.<br/>The DPS shall be open to LPP member bodies (whether full, associate or other members) as listed at: http://www.lpp.nhs.uk/about-lpp/our-members/ and any new LPP members for the duration of the DPS Contract; plus any other NHS bodies and all other Public Sector bodies located in the UK and Channel Islands, subject to approval of LPP, Including but not limited to:<br/>Partnership in Procurement collaborative hub members (NHS East of England, NHS Commercial Solutions, NHS North of England Procurement Hub).<br/>Further information of organisations that can access the DPS can be found at II.2.4).

SINGLE AND MULTI-PARCEL CONSIGNMENT DELIVERY SERVICE (SECONDARY SUPPLIER)

YPO are looking for a supplier to be appointed onto a Contract for the provision of Single and Multi-Parcel Consignment Delivery Service, which will serve YPO internal requirements only. YPO's product range is more than 11,000 product lines and Providers will be required to handle a wide range of products including, but not limited to, exercise books, paper, educational equipment, general stationery, art and craft material including liquid paint, cleaning products, catering suppliers, sports equipment and electrical goods. The successful Supplier will be required to collect standing trailer(s) provided by the Supplier at the YPO Warehouse 41 in Wakefield or any pre agreed facility, for sortation at the Supplier's regional depot / Hub(s) for final delivery to YPO customers by the Supplier. The majority of the YPO customer base (approximately 80%) is made up of schools and education establishments, delivery window of 07:00 - 16:00 will apply. Addresses will include but not limited to education, local government establishments, business premises, social care homes and residential addresses. Please note parcel sizes can range from a small single item to a large/bulky item but each parcel will weigh no more than 25kg. Please note that 4PL solution is not in scope of this tender. Contract requirements include as a minimum: • Time definite delivery service • System integration • Customer Self-Serve • Account Management • Stakeholder Engagement The Contract has an estimated value of between £7.5 million and £10.5 million inclusive of VAT for the maximum life of the Contract (5 years). These figures are indicative and based on YPO's anticipated business requirements under a sole supplier arrangement; actual volumes may vary.

Framework to provide Supply Agency Staff Services

HEART Academies Trust is establishing a multi lotted Framework Agreement to support the recruitment of temporary, permanent, and fixed-term teaching and non-teaching staff across educational settings in the UK. This includes but is not limited to schools, colleges, nurseries, pupil referral units, and children's centres. The Framework is designed to provide participating Contracting Authorities with a fair, transparent, and cost-effective solution for engaging supply staff. The Contracting Authority intends to operate the Framework for a maximum duration of eight (8) years, with the intention to re-open the Framework on an annual basis to allow for the inclusion of new suppliers and ensure continued value and compliance. A Re-Opening Notice will be published detailing the scope of services, eligibility criteria, submission deadlines and evaluation methodology. - The following types of Suppliers can apply/re-apply o New suppliers not previously included o Previously unsuccessful suppliers o Existing suppliers seeking to expand or revise their offering Suppliers meeting the criteria will be added to the Framework and become eligible for selection in Direct Awards or Mini Competitions. Whilst all lots include the option for the Customer to access permanent recruitment, the expectation is that this will be minimal therefore this Tender is primarily focused on supply teachers, education support staff and other temporary staffing services.
