Description

Procurement of Lead Consultant to project manage and coordinate construction related professional services in respect of a new purpose built industrial unit for freezer storage.

Lead Consultant will complete RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design) and RIBA Stage 3 (Spatial Coordination) with the option to extend the appointments (if required) to the latter stages of the project, for the design of the new storage and processing facility at the North Somerset Campus.  Lead-Consultant will deliver a range of consultancy services (Project Manager, Architect, MEP Design, Cost Consultancy, Structural Engineering) to help deliver the project.

The contract period may be extended if the University of Bristol decide to proceed with RIBA Stage 4.
