Description

Consider options for the location of the Leeds Station Southern Concourse and Interchange Facility south of the existing station and the potential development opportunities associated with each of the options. The scope of work including options is attached. The work is required as a result of the change in government policy which cancelled HS2 to Leeds and with it the planned solution to resolve onward travel interchange and private vehicle pick up and drop off at Leeds existing station to meet the forecast increase in passenger numbers from 34m 2019 to circa 50m 2040'S.
