Description
To complete repairs to Void DAMHA properties with an estimated cost exceeding £5,000 inc VAT, covering circa 1,800 properties and any additional properties acquired or built by the association during the term of the contract. The contract will cover a 24-month period, with the option to extend by a further 24 months by agreement of both parties (subject to regular quality reviews). Contracts can be called off from the Framework Contract through a mixture of Direct Awards and Further Competitions, if required. In all lots the works will be allocated to the First Placed Contractor based on the scores obtained for Non-Financial Questions and Tender Bid. Provided that the Contractor has sufficient capacity to progress the works in line with DAMHA requirements and that their KPI scores are within the targets specified, they will be awarded the works Additional information: Contract value is estimated and will be reviewed throughout the Contract every 6 months.
