This specification is for the procurement of a framework agreement to provide Semi Independent Accommodation to defined cohorts of young people and families. The framework shall be in four lots.

Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint a service provider to deliver an accommodation based support service for children in care and care leavers aged 16-25.
