This procurement is to secure the associated Main Contractor services needed in connection with the Ipswich Regent Front of House project.

Ipswich Borough Council are currently out to tender for the provision of a Main Works Contractor.

The Council are undertaking a 2-stage under-threshold tender for the refurbishment of a a vacant 3 storey office building within Chelmsford Business Park. The proposed works have been designed to allow for future compartmentation of the building to facilitate the building being of either single or multi-let. Stage 1 will provide a supplier shortlist for Stage 2 of the tender.
