Description

The Decorations and Minor pre-decoration repairs is delivered via a multi-lot, multi-contractor Framework Agreement that caters for Hampshire County Council (schools and non-education), Hampshire Fire and Rescue Services, the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire, and is also available for use by other public authorities in and around Hampshire, including, Surrey County Council, Oxfordshire County Council, Hampshire and Surrey District and Borough Councils, Unitary Councils and others
•	Lot 1 - Individual projects up to the value of £75K (typically the projects will be low value internal decoration works with a fast turnaround period expected); established with 4 contractors. The maximum spend through this lot will be £7,500,000
•	Lot 2 - Complex individual projects and/or programmes of work above £75K with no maximum project limit (typically projects will be in packages generally containing 6-10 sites and range in value between £150K to £250K), established with 6 contractors. With an estimate annual spend of £3m. The maximum spend through this lot will be £17,500,000
