Description

The University of Wolverhampton wishes to enter into a contract (the "Contract") with multiple Contractor(s) (the 'Contractor') to supply Signage, Informative and Promotional Display Print to the University and its Entities.

The University is seeking an agreement via Competitive Tender ("Tender") from suitably qualified organisations ("Tenderers") for the provision of the aforementioned Goods and Services.

The University is looking to appoint Suppliers to the Signage, Informative and Promotional Display Print Framework Agreement who can demonstrate that they offer high quality in terms of goods and/or services that are 'fit for purpose' and can also offer excellent value for money over the entire contract period.

All activities under the contract on behalf of the University should be carried out by appropriately trained, qualified and experienced staff. The calibre of the Supplier staff (carrying out the business-as-usual contract/relationship management) is of prime importance to the University in that it ensures the quality of the service, adherence to lead times and the prompt resolution of any issues.

A model specification (which does not fully quantify all the terms but covers the key terms and deliverables and the broad requirements of the service) is provided in the Invitation to Tender and is used for tendering purposes only. This may be modified by individuals (the participating organisations) subject to negotiation with the successful Tenderers.

Additional information:
All communication must be via the University eTendering portal. Direct approaches will not be responded to.

National Trust - NI - Manufacture & installation of interpretation upgrades across the Mourne area

This Request for Information (RFI) sets out the Trust's situation and objectives in respect of manufacture and installation of interpretation upgrades across the Mourne area of Northern Ireland (NI). The Trust seeks initial information from a range of bidders as to possible solutions, capacity, capability and relevant experience. An Interpretation Masterplan was developed earlier in 2025 for the Mourne Gullion Strangford Global Geopark area. The existing interpretative provision varies from the dated and almost unreadable through to recent and high quality panels. It is characterised by many different styles and there is no overall 'brand'. The Mourne Gullion Strangford Geopark Interpretation Masterplan provides a unified approach to the whole area to determine how interpretation that is unique, specialised and memorable can be introduced across the whole landscape. Following on from development of the Interpretation Masterplan, Forever Mournes have secured funding to implement priority upgrades to interpretation across the Mourne area (cluster). The outcomes of this commission are to manufacture and install the identified priority interpretation upgrades across the Mourne area. Tender timescale (RFI) • RFI issued to tenderers: 21 November 2025 • RFI return deadline: 12pm, 12 December 2025 • Assessment of RFI: between 15 - 19 December 2025 Timescales (for delivery of the goods or services) • RFP2 issued to tenderers: 14 January 2026 (indicative) • RFP2 return deadline: 12pm, 28 January 2026 (indicative) • Assessment of RFP2: between 29 - 30 January 2026 • Anticipated appointment: 30 January 2026 • Services to commence: week commencing 2 February 2026 • Outputs to be provided no later than: 31 March 2026 This opportunity is being conducted on the Proactis Plaza portal. https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/ Click on the "Opportunities" button and filter on Customer name - The National Trust All communication is to be carried out via the Proactis portal. Participating Suppliers will bear their own costs, and seek appropriate advice, for the preparation of their response.
