This is a housing development at Leinster Avenue that will result in the construction of 71 residential units. The contract award is in two stages, this award notice is in relation to the Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) where the provider will finalise the design and pricing. A second award notice will be published as and when the Council enters into the build contract.

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
