Description

The National Centre for Social Research (NatCen) is inviting interested parties to submit a proposal for the provision of Laboratory Services to conduct salivary cotinine analysis to support the 2024 Health Survey for England (HSE 2024). HSE 2024 has been commissioned by NHS England to the National Centre for Social Research, who require a sub-processor to carry out cotinine analysis for the study. 

Full details, including the specification of requirements, are provided in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document.

Proposals should be submitted in the Response Template (Annex A) alongside a completed NatCen Information Security Questionnaire (Annex B).

In the event that a single bidder achieves the highest overall evaluation score for both lots, Lot 2 shall take precedence. In such circumstances, the bidder will be awarded Lot 2, and Lot 1 will be awarded to the next highest-ranked tenderer for that lot. A separate contract will be awarded for each lot, and each lot shall be awarded to one bidder.
