Description

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority has a requirement for the maintenance and redecorations of external woodwork & ironmongery of Myddelton house and associated buildings.
      
      The maintenance work will include adjusting windows and doors, replacing defective joinery and window components, minor repointing of brickwork, clearing ivy from walls, and performing redecorations of all external elements.

Procurement Assist Limited is seeking service providers to take part in tendering for a place on a 60 month Dynamic Purchasing System for Cyclical Decorations and Redecoration Work. The services will be split into 2 Categories, as follows: Category 1: Internal Preparation and Decoration Category 2: External Preparation and Decoration The DPS will be available for use by iFM Bolton and the whole public sector from across the United Kingdom. The DPS initial application period is 30 days. This DPS will close on 23 May 2020, but will reopen the following day, 24 May, and will remain open until 31 May 2029. Applications from service providers can be made at any time during this period.
