Description

The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to establish robust working partnerships with Employers Agent, Clerk of Works and Principal Designer consultants, to enable the successful delivery of Aster's development programme over the next four years. Aster is seeking consultant partners who are flexible and forward-thinking, particularly when it comes to changes in building safety and sustainability standards. The framework also aims to add value to both Aster and preferably a limited number of suppliers/partners by promoting transparency, openness, and long-term collaborative relationships. NHS Lanarkshire requires NEC4 Supervisor services and clerk of works duties services for the Monklands Replacement Project (MRP). The full extent of the services is subject to the execution of the Works Contracts for MRP and could include: enabling works, road works, input to scope (Works Scope) in the run up to Final Business Case (FBC); and after FBC approval, if received.
