Description

Chesterfield Borough Council (CBC) has the requirement for a competent supplier who can supply, install, and service Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) Units and Wall Mounted Extractor Fans in to Council owned properties. The purpose of this provision is to eradicate any existing condensation, moisture, and/or mould in the house as well as mitigating any future mould that may occur. Over the last 12 months the Council has installed circa 50 PIV Units into Council owned properties; CBC requires the installation and servicing of these units. A similar number of extractor fans are required for supply and installation only, the servicing of the fans will be carried out internally by CBC employees.

This Planned Procurement Notice is to inform the market that an Invitation to Tender ("ITT") will be issued by The Police & Crime Commissioner for Humberside Police (the "PCC") in connection with a competitive procurement for the provision of Measured Term Maintenance (MTM) Testing and Repairs.
