Stotfold Library Relocation Works
      
      The works entail the minor internal & external alterations and refurbishment of the Community Hall and one Acoustic Lobby, Hall Store, Office, Store and Community Use Kitchen to create a new Library area with secondary entrance, Library Office/Work Room, multiple Community Use Offices, Café area and a small compliant commercial kitchen. 
      
      **Please take note of the information supplied within the Quotation document, the guidance is to help you keep within our requirements. If you supply information that has not been requested, it will not be considered and will not form part of the evaluations process. Also be aware of the Word Count limits, any information going over will not be evaluated.

      Please avoid uploading your return just prior to closing deadline as you may incur IT issues and we will not accept Tender Returns via e-mail.
       
      The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the Tender process.  Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all suppliers tendering, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. If there is anything you are not sure of or need clarification of, then please contact us using the correspondence facility within the In-tend electronic tendering system.
       
      Please ensure that you inform us of your decision to participate. To submit a response, you will be required to Opt In.
       
      Opt In- This will confirm to us of your involvement and your intention to submit a return.
       
      Opt Out- This will confirm to us that you are not submitting a return. You will be able to provide a reason as to your decision and have the option to cease any system-generated communication. You will be able to opt back in at any point.

PVAL - Civils Enabling Works

Northern Trains Limited, is a Train Operating Company (TOC) that operates passenger rail services in Northern England. Northern Trains Limited is publishing this notice to establish a contract with a single supplier for the Civils Enabling Works relative to the PVAL Installation works at our Northern Stations. PVAL - Civils Enabling Works - The scope of the enabling works will include all cabling, termination to the agreed standards and the installation of the poles (some may be wall mounted) which will host the PVAL head. The PVAL head itself will be installed by others, who will co-ordinate with the Principal Contractor as needed. The nature of the arrangement is that works will be supplied under a JCT Intermediate agreement. Where used throughout this notice, the meaning of Train Operating Companies includes all and any of those train operating companies who, currently or in the future, provide services for the carriage of passengers by railway: under a franchise agreement with the Secretary of State within the meaning of section 23(3) of the Railways Act 1993 or under, or secured under, the Secretary of State’s duty in section 30(1) of the Railways Act 1993; or in accordance with legislation which supersedes or amends the powers referred to in a) and b), including where such powers are transferred from the Secretary of State to another body.  The list of current providers of services for the carriage of passengers by railway under these provisions can be found at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/public-register-of-rail-passenger-contracts. Novation or Assignment The contract may be novated or assigned by Northern Trains Ltd to Train Operating Companies, or to DFT Operator Limited (company number: 07141122) or any successor parent company to a Train Operating Company, following a corporate restructuring or similar circumstance.  Other Information Northern Trains Limited expressly reserves the right: not to award any suppliers the contract referred to in this notice; and in no circumstances will the customer be liable for any costs incurred by the suppliers.
