Description

This Framework will provide Lead Advisor services to Framework Customers (as further described in the
Statement of Requirement). The role of the Lead Advisor is varied and may include
a range of advisory, design discipline, inspection and supervision services and building surveying inputs to health and social care
programmes of work and projects to be delivered via a variety of procurement routes. It will be a key requirement of this Framework
to provide an integrated Advisor service for construction projects procured under the NEC4 suite of contracts.
The authority is not able to guarantee the volume, type or value of any work called off under the framework however the current estimate
of the total potential value over the term of the framework is noted within the contract notice. The current realistic anticipated framework expenditure is circa 10 million GBP, however the maximum anticipated expenditure for the framework is 20million GBP given the potential for additional funding to be allocated to the NHSScotland Capital Programme over the life of the framework.

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of a Lead Consultant (Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Architectural, Building Surveyor and Building Control Principal Designer) and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Consultants as part of the design team to deliver a programme of combined minor improvements and cyclical works to refurbish the Guildhall School of Music & Drama from 2025 to 2030. Professional Services to Develop Designs for Public Realm / Environmental Enhancements in Burnley's Civic Quarter

Burnley Borough Council is seeking the services of a suitability qualified landscape architect to develop concept plans/designs for public spaces identified within Burnley's Civic Core where there is opportunity to implement landscaping and environmental enhancements. The Consultant will be expected to undertake the following tasks: • To undertake research into Burnley's culture and heritage to help inform designs. • Consult with key stakeholders/partner organisations through workshops. Key partners will include Burnley Borough Council, Lancashire County Council, Burnley Business Improvement District, Burnley Civic Trust, Burnley Central Library, Central Methodist Church, Burnley Cultural Consortia, Burnley Leisure & Culture and Burnley College. • Develop concept designs up to RIBA Stage 3 along with a written narrative/methodology to support proposals for the two areas that have been identified within the Civic Core, 1) Peace Garden, located at Burnley Central Library, and 2) area to the front of Burnley Central Methodist Church (see Appendix 1). • To provide outline/estimate costings to implement the proposals. • To identify further opportunities where environmental enhancements could potentially be incorporated within the Civic Core to enhance the setting of notable buildings and improve visitor experience. For example, building lighting, planting, pocket habitats.
