City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport are seeking an organisation to provide specialist technical support.
City East Gateway Phase 3 is a project to improve the highway junction at A454 Willenhall Road and Neachells Lane. The scheme requires planning consent and the development of a business case to secure grant funding.
