This tender is issued by NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd, trading as Alliance Homes and known as ‘The Alliance Homes Group’. This tender and any resulting contract may be utilised by any member or future member of the Alliance Homes Group, or by any shared services or partnership arrangement or group of which a member of the Alliance Homes Group is currently or in the future a member of, or by any members current or future of such an arrangement or group. This procurement is for the provision of services related to cleaning services within the North Somerset, and surrounding area such as Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset, Sedgemoor local / unitary authority areas. Somerset Council has a need to procure one or more contractors to cover the cleaning of sheltered housing meeting halls, extra care housing meeting halls, communal areas within flat blocks, and have ad-hoc arrangements in place, for example the removal of graffiti, deep cleaning and disposal of sharps. There are sub-Lots 2A and 2B to allow potential bidders to respond to potential service and price options. The preferred Lot for award is under sub-Lot 2A which is evaluated within the budget available, so any bid under this Lot must be priced within the available budget described below. Lot 2B will only be considered where there are no quality proposals under Lot A that meet the minimum standards required. Lot 3: 50% Geographical split of cleaning of communal areas in flat blocks (including specification for adhoc deep cleans and other adhoc requirements). There are sub-Lots 3A and 3B to allow potential bidders to respond to potential service and price options. The preferred Lot for award is under sub-Lot 3A which is evaluated within the budget available, so any bid under this Lot must be priced within the available budget described below.
